DGOffice Web Remote
In short
The DGOffice web remote service is a program that runs silently on a computer. It prints dangerous goods papers from XML files which customers create from their ERP system. A subscription is needed to be able to use web remote.
Installation information
If the requirements below are met, you can install the (MSI) file. In case the requirements are not met, or if you are unsure if they are met, install the (EXE) file.
To install the service, assign a user the rights to logon as a service. This user needs to be selected in the installation, because the service has to read and write XML files, and needs access to the printers.
System requirements
- Windows 2003 or higher (Professional edition required) (Newest service pack always required) (Server edition recommended but not necessary)
- 256 MB free memory
- 350 MB free disk space
- SVGA monitor 1024*768
- Printers supported by operating system
